"New boiler installation/upgrade"

Surveyor, Thomas, was very helpful and lively to deal with. He answered all my questions and helped me decide what I needed.
Engineer that came out was fantastic...polite, thorough, helpful.
The whole experience was very well organised with minimum disruption to our household. Price very competitive and customer service excellent

Hi from phone call with engineer to the day engineer turned up to fit new boiler and sorting wiring out! They was very helpful and fast working also clean tidy whilst fitting boiler I happy with information given to us the equipment and use them again

"1.Rob,Chris,Fiona,Steve and Eve ( Fabulous work )"

1.Rob and Chris installed a new boiler.
2.Boiler moved from the old place.Job done in 8.5 hours.
3.Hardworking ( Came all the way from Manchester )
4.Friendly, professional, knowledgable, followed Covid-19 government guidelines ( Worn mask and social distancing )
5.Explained patiently to all the queries I had and explained to me as how the new boiler works and things to do incase of any settings error
6.Cleaned all the dust before leaving.
7.Fiona ( Admin ), Steve ( Surveyor ) and Eve ( Customer service call handler ).All these guys played a vital role from the beginning till the end. Thank-you and good luck :-)

"15/1/21 Boiler Plan engineer came…"

15/1/21 Boiler Plan engineer came today. Guy was very professional, he was polite, friendly and helpful. The installation went excellently, kept it clean and tidy during the whole job and afterwards, all working and finally heating and hot water again! He answered my questions well and made it very understandable with his answers. I would recommend the company, they offered a good boiler and a good price finance deal too.

"Excellent Service"

I submitted a request for a boiler survey after working hours. I was phoned immediately the next morning and offered a same day slot for someone to come and view my boiler.

Mohammed, who came to visit, was excellent. He was very friendly and professional and had a full knowledge of what he was doing. He also went out of his way to explain what he was doing in detail for my benefit and even did a couple of quick fixes on my boiler just to keep me going.

The quote price was £200 cheaper than my previous quote with another company and they were able to get me booked in within 10 days for the installation.

Very happy and would recommend.

"Good start, poor aftercare"

All good to start with, needed a new boiler and found these guys. Had no issue getting a boiler installed.

The after service is a bit poor really, booked in for a boiler service and we waited during the allocated times for the engineer to arrive only for no one to show up. I called and was told they tried to contact me due to the engineer being on maternity leave but I had no call or voicemail to let me know. Rearranged the service and asked them to contact my partner once done to get payment as I would be at work (work 12hrs so they would be closed when I finished) . They didn't bother calling her meaning I had to chase it up to give payment afterwards.

Now got a leak at the boiler which isn't really a big issue, called and they contacted the manufacturer as I was under warranty. Got a date of a week away, they left a voicemail. I contacted BoilerPlanUk again to ask for a quicker appointment as I have a 9 month old and the radiators are making a noise, due to the air in them, amd waking the the little 1 up during the night. I am constantly bleeding the radiators and adjusting pressure on boiler. Was told they will inform manufacturer and they will get back to me yet no one has called back. Not sure if it is just a comminication problem with them but all in all the after care part could be much better!

Required a new boiler after engineer reported that boiler was faulty and not safe 2 days later Mohammed called to advise me about a replacement boiler Mohammed was very helpful and advised me about what was available in both efficiency and cost sorted everything very professionally
Made it all very stress free
