Scam. Nothing else to say. A scam company !

"My lifetime Zools Cloud Storage account was cancelled"

I paid for "Zoolz Cloud Storage Lifetime of 1TB Instant Vault and 1TB of Cold Storage"
only to have it cancelled 3 years later. I will never ever do business with this company again.

"People pay money to protect data I paid money to lose data"

I had a life-time plan which I upgraded from a smaller plan. They sent an email and stopped replying. Phone numbers got disconnected. No reply from email. Total Scam. People pay money to protect data I paid money to lose data

"Scammers"

After buying a "lifetime" plan and hoping to "set and forget" - suddenly account is suspended and no back-ups are enabled because "the servers in Australia are being shutdown". They should transfer to another data centre to continue the lifetime service they promised; otherwise a refund should be given but is not offered.
We need a data ombudsman to sort out dishonest businesses like Zoolz

"I bought lifetime license and they…"

I bought lifetime license and they suspended my account and they say that they will give refund for only subscriptions within 30 days or 12 months. Its a big big scam.

Zoolz: Now don't copy paste your reply. Shame on you guys.

"3 years into a lifetime plane and cancelled"

3 years into a lifetime plane and they cancel it saying the servers in Australia are being shutdown. They should transfer the data to another country and continue the lifetime service they promised.

I bought a lifetime account from Zoolz and now they cancelled their service in australia. They told me to buy another business account at a discount rate so i went a head to purchase it and it’s turn out to they only give me 1Tb of cold storage and no instant vault. You have to purchase very expensive instant vault seperately. Now i asked them for the refund because they did not provide the service to fit my purpose. They wont they wont refund me at all. What a scammer! Please stay away from this company! Never ever use this company again!

"Selling lifetime, then shut it down."

Selling lifetime, then a few month later telling you need (not should, need!) to upgrade to a better package. Since most refused, they just cancelled the package and now asking you to upgrade to business package at 90% (lifetime) rebate.

In other words, they use a business scheme that is unsuitable (selling too many lifetime or high discount) and then they shutdown your service.

They do the same with a sister business called Polarbear.
