"Very Limited - Not Viable as a Business Solution"

Good for what it does but very limited in my view.

I signed up for the Home with 2 users, 500GB of Cold Storage and 500GB of Vault Storage. Problem is it only allows One Computer? I could understand Two Computers but one is a bit stupid as it is supposed to be a backup solution, so if one goes down or you need to log in from a laptop then you can't.

OK for a Heapo Cheapo solution it is about worth it. We store everything on a NAS drive attached to one machine so everthing can get archived from there. But right now both users have email and I would have like to back up those files too, but seems I have to go to the additional step of archiving them separately.

I was running this as a test to put the Business accounts over but from these results it is not going to happen!

I really highly recommended.
Excellent contact, Instant reply from support ( not after 1-2 days).
And the most important is I got more space than I should....
I had google drive, dropbox, megaupload.....
But this one in that price is the best!!!!

"Price and value are in line!"

Just tested their life-time product and been happy so far with their cold storage option. Great for pics and videos. One star is missing since its impossible to sync data like one could do it with dropbox or box.com.
Everything has to be uploaded using a browser window.

I have experienced exceptional customer service from Zoolz every time I needed it, but today,10-2-2017, was the best. The Zoolz team has a quick response protocol every time. They worked with me over several days this time as we worked out a chat-help session, which was today. The solution to my update problem on one of my computers was solved during this session by a wonderful tech (Thanks, Ra....Don't know if I should mention his name). To solve my issue involved a lot of fixing and took some time, and my Zoolz app is now up and running as it should. Thank you all, but especially to Ra....5 Stars and then some!
