I would like to commend Harris with Delta airlines for assisting me with my flight changes for my upcoming vacation. Originally I booked my flights through Travelocity and after being on hold for hours and hours and no response, I decided to call Delta directly. Harris was able to pull up my itinerary and take care of my flight changes. He was very professional, patient and kind throughout the entire long tedious process. Although I had to pay a huge fee to change my tickets bc of cancellation of our vacation due to COVID-19, Harris still handled the situation the best he could within his limitations. I sincerely hope that Delta Airlines recognizes that Harris is a very valuable employee. I normally do no write feedbacks (negative or positive), so for me to take the time to write this shows the great impression Harris left on me!! Thank you Harris, and I hope that you receive the recognition that you deserve from your management team.
