"Really poor customer experience"

I'm rather sorry to give this review, and it isn't really in my nature to complain. I ordered a present for my granddaughter and received an email to say that the order was dispatched. After some delay, and without explanation I had an email saying my money had been credited back to me bank account ( and this did occur promptly). I emailed the company to ask why this had happened and got no reply. I have tried repeatedly to get them on the phone number they provide ( a York number) and get a message to say that the number is no longer available. I've even had an email inviting me to review the company now my order has been delivered (it never was). I'm disappointed because the company appears to offer products that I like for my grand kids

Bought the cablecar construction toy for our 7 year old grandson, and although he needed some help he really enjoyed the building process - and the result! Better than we imagined in fact!
