My order although well packed was found to be faulty on receipt. BrightMinds promptly despatched a replacement item which arrived in working order. Moreover, they told me that I didn't have to return the faulty version. I really appreciate that they took me at my word and also saved me the inconvenience of having to walk to a drop off point ...( I have a knee issue ) Great customer service !
