Scammers Do not order from them.
Like others, ordered a 2-man pop up tent to be sent one that I can barely fit my foot in.

Now, not answering emails and have shut everything down.

Scammers! Also go under name 'Magic- Brico'. Like others ordered a pop up tent and waited nearly a month. Instead I received a pet beach shelter! CON CON CON! They are now not responding to emails and shut the website. Unbelievable that they can keep getting away with this given all this reviews for this company and 'Magic-Brico'. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

I ordered 2 x 3 second tents. They took forever to come. They have been delivered this week whilst I was on holiday. They were described as two man tents when in reality two cats would struggle to fit into them. Frankly, I'm disgusted. I expect a full refund when I return them. I have no return address so if anyone has it please let me know!! Appalling 😱

Gereedschap besteld, ordernr gekregen, hebben het geld afgeschreven. En verder wordt nergens op gereageerd, geen enkel e-mail adres dat je tot je beschikking hebt. Facebook moet deze sides beter controleren.

Placed an order back in March .. I received a confirmation email from power tool shop with my order number and have been asking for shipping and tracking information I expected it to take a while to get here have stopped answering my emails and have never given any information on my order at all after confirmation email. Please return my money or send me my tools .. I was prepared to make many purchases and my friends were as well .. I'm a contractor and I'm very interested in the tools you sell .. please give me my money back or send me my tools

Very prompt service. Case was damaged during delivery which could happen to anyone. Ioan the sales guy went over and above to replace it for me the very next day!!!
Great communication too, I would definitely recommend.
