I’ve had my hair in for two weeks, been washed twice so I’ve used heat twice and style my hair with the heartless curl method, the ends have become incredibly dry although using a deep conditioning mask and oil on the daily. I emailed the company for replacement and they told me it’s because I haven’t used their specific after care even though my aftercare is from a salon and is high standard. I’ve had extensions for years and never have I ever had hair this poor. Awful customer service and awful products DO NOT WASTE MONEY

I was able to order my extensions and collect for free from the warehouse which is really helpful and easier for me.
I always order the same Russian 20’’ flat tips in silver. The are excellent quality and the colour match is perfect for me.
They are a little more expensive but in my opinion are far superior to others and other brands.
