A few occasions I’ve paid guaranteed next day delivery by 12 and not received it one of the occasions it was over 4 days but no refund or GWG or apology upheld for it! Shame as I’ve been using the company for over3 years roo

Have used foxy on clients and myself for years & years. But just recently seems like the blonde extensions just aren’t lasting over a month, I used 20inch stick tips on a client and 4 weeks after they have snapped to about 14 inches even with all the correct foxy aftercare products used, which resulted in a very unhappy client. All brunettes and darker colours seem absolutely fine, just seems to be blondes. So had to speak out another supplier for blonde clients.
