Oh my elegantly packaged bars of deliciousness. The Peru 70% and Honduras 70% single origin bars were scrumptious even for a milk chocolate fan like me. They are wrapped in the signature Rococo blue and white so would make a great foodie present.

I absolutely love Rococo chocolates, they are just wonderful. Their packaging is stunning. They have a huge range of flavours and the rose chocolate is a personal favourite of mine! They even have special collections and some amazing seasonal flavours at Easter and Christmas.

"Poor quality set up & I am returning the chocolates!"

Very poor service!

These are expensive chocolates, so when they arrived in a poorly sealed jiffy bag I was a little cautious, it then gets worse..... The box of chocolates itself had a ribbon on it that could easily be wiggled off and the chocolates tampered with and there was no hygiene seal. This is very concerning especially during the COVID-19 lockdown. Then I noticed the chocolates were barely in date for 3 weeks! They have obviously been sitting around for ages hence the short expiry date.

I have messaged the company twice and have been ignored. I will give it a few more days but if no response, I will be returning the chocolates for a full refund. Will not be using them again.

I have found another luxury chocolate company, chocolates delivered in a hygiene sealed box and in date for 3 months. Much better!

"Order 66860 - no news of its dispatch since ordering on the 24th April."

Ordered on the 24th April and was advised on the 28th that my order had been processed, but it is now the 12th May and I still have not been advised that my order has been dispatched. I sent an email on the 5th May to chase this but have heard nothing back.

Can someone please urgently respond?

"Really late Easter delivery"

I ordered chocolates for Easter delivery on 6th April - the order wasn't processed until 17th April, arriving on Saturday 18th. Even allowing for the fact that I seemingly missed the cutoff for delivery for Easter weekend, this is really poor.

I emailed when it was apparent the product wasn't going to arrive in time but didn't get a response.

The chocolates are delicious, but this is bad service.

"Ordered expensive Easter egg"

Ordered expensive Easter egg with Guaranteed Easter delivery as a treat for my wife who is self isolating 360 miles away and I’ve not seen for 6 weeks but it failed to arrive till the Tuesday after Easter and the back half of the shell SMASHED to hell even though the packing was in perfect condition ……. To add insult there has been no response to my messages about this. Useless customer service DON'T BUY FROM THIS BUNCH..........................

"Overpriced chocolate, bad client relationship"

The chocolate is good but overpriced, 30 gbp for an Easter egg if excessive but above all, their customer service is disappointing : once my order confirmed, I had no information about the delivery, no way to track it, and no answer to my emails.
One egg arrived damaged, I wrote to inform them, I'm still waiting for an answer.

I have been a Rococo customer for several years, their wonderful chocolates are great favourites among our family and friends. There are many varieties to choose from, special collections and amazing seasonal creations for Easter and Christmas. The website is easy to use and orders generally arrive on time. I do feel the occasional special offer or flash sale would be welcome.

I would appreciate more complementary discount offers during the year considering the amount of product I order on a regular basis .
In more than 10 years of ordering I’ve never received a coupon or discount in order .
