My package was initially lost in the post, but after I contacted BJS they were quick to respond and file a missing parcel report for me. Not long after, I got my parcel safely in the post. Although I waited a bit longer for my package than usual, this was not the fault of BJS and instead just a mix up at the post office, which BJS handled quickly and professionally.
