Great arrived really quick, however I would have liked to of had email confirmation when I placed order as of appreciation of ordering and it’s on its way! don’t understand why I didn’t! To this day I have not received anything in email except to write this review. I have no issues with the jewellery so Thankyou.

Nicely packaged. Quick delivery. Lovely firm. Sadly I ordered the wrong size of stretcher and thought it was the larger one.
I don’t understand the sizes, so for me a picture of the actual item would be helpful.
This was my fault and not a reflection on the company

Great service. I hadn't ordered navel jewellery for some years and ordered totally wrong sizes.
BJS were quick to reply to my initial email. And then equally as quick to follow up with my refund and exchange.

"Poor Quality."

Ordered some straight fitting plugs with o-rings. Received flared plugs with o-rings. Was told that this is a new design change from the manufacturer 🤣🤣 I don’t think so guys, any experienced company making this type of jewellery knows that flares negate o-rings.
Been using this company for 15+ years but the quality has gone downhill since I was a teen.
A shame.
