Mid to high sound is great, no base & doesn’t get louder sound then 1/2 of Bose soundlink speaker. Needs more improvement on Louder output and deeper base.

It would have been better if your website included information on the availability of replacement bulbs for your new 4K projectors without necessitating an email exchange . A website should always have current info on a company's product offerings even if something is not currently available you should have notice as to when it will become available . Other than that , everything was fine .

Sales and tech staff were nice enough but really need more training to be more knowledgeable about products and how to get them to work with apple products. Printed collateral in box with display unit needs revising and reprinting. 2013 collateral is too old for equipment being sold in 2017. I had to return my display - could not get it to work correctly with my new MacBook Pro.

"lamp for my BenQ W1070 …"
I ordered a new lamp for my BenQ W1070 hoping it would fix shadows I was seeing on the screen. Unfortunately, the lamp was by the issue so I immediately contacted customer service to return the purchase. I was expecting that the company would be hesitant to accept the return but I experienced quite the opposite. The employee I spoke with, Robert Hill, was very empathetic to my situation and immediately offered to send me a postage-paid mailing label to my personal mailbox. He even offered to troubleshoot my projector even though it is more than 5 years old and out of warranty. That level of customer service just blew me away. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience which reinforced my loyalty to BenQ. I will continue to purchase all my monitors and projectors from BenQ. Thank you
