Monitor is fantastic so far, getting refurbished is best bang for the money. I hope I can enjoy the monitor for some years.
When ordering, I read there is a 2 business days for processing. Understanding that I chose Ground Shipping. Unfortunately, my order kept on processing for almost a week. I first emailed, and called the next day again to follow up. I was told that the order for some reason went to pending status, and it would now be shipped ASAP with overnight shipping. A week later, I got my monitor via ground shipping.
As long as my monitor lasts for few years, I am not miffed about it.
