You should not do wire transfers into USDC coin if you’re going to be transferring those funds to an external wallet

Not only being able to talk to a REAL person within a couple of hours but someone who was professional, knowledgeable and was able to walk me through the CoinFlip process. As someone new to crypto who is just trying to learn, I also appreciated being treated like a person and not treat a convicted money launderer who had to prove his innocence before I could use their service.

Further, my wife emailed them and they still have yet to respond to her as well as texted them!!! Even With a receipt!!

"While using the CoinFlip kiosk, know beforehand ..."
While using the CoinFlip kiosk, I chose to use the cancel button to terminate the transactions and recover my cash. Nothing happened when using the cancel button, and the transaction completed. I called the service desk, and the person with whom I spoke was generally pleasant. She acknowledged the problem with the cancel button and indicated it was not the problem of CoinFlip, but rather the developer of the system. Not a very responsible response, obviously, nor did CoinFlip offer to help remedy this situation.
Jan 18, 2025 - Received a boiler plate response to help from CoinFlip, and when I asked for some sort of remediation, there was nothing. Be careful and manage expectations when using this platform.
