I have recently had a photo book printed for which I am pleased but I did not take enough time to make sure every aspect was right i.e. the size and whether to put a border on and the fact that some of the photos were out of the page or on the border so not the same as others, all my fault so they printed exactly as the customer asked for, good, all my fault but do stress the importance to examine the finished product to make sure it is exactly as wanted by the customer before sending it for printing but otherwise very good. Shall continue to use Jessops.

Not the best quality print to be honest, took ages to deliver.
Would recommend going tonight local store and speak to staff directly rather than use internet service.

This was my first order and it was delivered exactly as promised. Quality is excellent. any slight flaws were entirely due to my inexperience in using the software, and hurrying to get the order away. A little more time spent polishing the book before submission would have been well spent.

Ordered a 90 x 60 foam back photo and when it arrived it looked brilliant but it was cracked during delivery. They replaced it with an apology and it looks amazing. Would definitely use them again with confidence
