"No item received and no response from customer services"
Took payment for item and sent confirmation email. 2 weeks later I received a refund from PayPal with no correspondence from Jessops. No item received and no response from customer service.

"Disappointing customer service"
EOS R6 - order J22443011 - I have been a life time customer of Jessops. Disappointed is how I now feel as Jessops have taken payment for a EO R6 and attempted to delivered when I was on holiday and bearing in mind I did advise them I was away so NOT to attempt delivery. So they ignored the advice they were given and decided to make a delivery when I was on a cruise and the camera was not there when I arrived home. They informed me they would contact the Delivey company as it’s the Delivey company who should compensate me HOWEVER no response to resolve the problem and they are not helping. The situation is that I no camera and I paid in full -

"Not a fun experience"
I was pleased they had item in stock as it has ben hard to source but not for the first time the buying process soured the deal
Firstly on return from PayPal there is no confirmation transaction completed but instead get an email about item left in basket - only it is from a phishing site and they would have you buy it again from them.
They repeat the email later.
And then the courier... While DHL are usually Ok-ish since you have to 'sign' for it in form of a photo being given it - so you are trapped at home all day with 8am to 8pm expected time. At 8pm they tell you it was delayed and will try tomorrow. Day 2 a one hour window so might be real attempt (yesterday just kidding?) Only that hour comes and goes and on tracking page all mention of it is removed.
Eventually three hours later an overweight person gets out of van waddles about without coming to house and would have scarpered if I hadn't dashed out. I expected the imprisonment to last into day three.

"A very helpful and pleasant experience …"
Nice shop with high end professional photography equipment, I had my passport photo taken and I needed help with my tourist visa, the assistants kindly helped me with my visa supporting documents and I even got on WiFi while doing so, all in all I was in the store for around an hour, it was a very pleasant experience as someone had time for me and that they didn’t take payment until their work and my visa was completed, extremely satisfied and have mentioned the store to others, will definitely give them repeat custom. Thanks to the staff in the Meadowhall store, Sheffield.

"No Communication"
Simple ordering and swift payment taken-Then 3 days with NO communication whatsoever . Then on third day, courier sent tracking and delivery information.
Maybe an email before this saying item shipped? (Fortunately someone was in to be able to sign for the order)

"Jessops clueless about where my order is!"
I purchased a lens from Jessops. I received a confirmation email of order and they took payment straight away. Then nothing. I kept going to their web-page and checking my order status which said 'processed'. But no delivery. No tracking details. I contacted Jessops. They eventually replied and said "looks like it was despatched yesterday". However, they could not provide me with any tracking details. Their live chat adviser could not find any tracking details. They could not tell me when they would get any reply from their own despatch department. So no delivery. No tracking details. No idea where my order is. This is totally inept and unacceptable. I would avoid buying from Jessops ever. Plenty of other more reputable camera retailers out there.

"Missing photos"
Trusted Jessops with printing my wedding photos as I wanted good quality and a reliable company. I ordered multiples of some images so I could give them as gifts. This resulted in ordering over 300 prints.
When my order arrived a significant number were missing entirely, and none of the duplicates were there. I raised this with customer service who initially said they would resubmit the order. However, the next day I got an email saying they couldn't actually do that, I would have to tell them which specific images were missing for them to be replaced. I pointed out how ridiculous it was to expect me to waste hours of my time going through hundreds of photos when this was their error. Received exactly the same message in response.
Appalling customer service, somehow making it my fault that they had not fulfilled my order. I am still without the images and am incredibly disappointed.
Only given 2 stars rather than one because the prints I *did* receive were good quality.

"Brilliant service"
I had been looking for a good photo print service and saw Jessops recommended in a newspaper. Gave them a go and have been very impressed by the service. The app was easy to use and the price, quality of the prints and the speed of service was excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Ordered a camera , waited for it to arrive , then looked at my account and it said processing after about 4 days I managed to email them and told them to cancel order,
Which it doesn’t look like they have ,I then found on their website the camera I wanted but it was used , so as it was pre owned I thought they must have it in stock ,paid extra for quick delivery , checked status today it is still in processing , cannot get in touch with anyone ,thing is they also are holding up my funds so I can’t go elsewhere .have used Jessops before and they were great but in my opinion now they are rubbish ,sorry to see this company going down the pan I always looked upon it as trustworthy and reliable
