I ordered a hardcover photo book comprising of 20, satin finish photographs. I chose Jessops after reading through expert reviews of similar services and was glad that I was able to find a 50% off code because they certainly weren’t the cheapest, however I was looking forward to receiving high quality prints.
Ultimately, I was a little underwhelmed by what I received. The book is nice enough but the photographs have an almost grainy look to them. Granted, all were taken on a phone but at a high resolution, there were no warnings from Jessops about resolutions being low and, at this size they should look excellent.
It also seemed that the saturation was turned down slightly, some of the brightly coloured objects in the original photos were lost.
On black sections, I also found multiple white spots, like missing print or contamination.
All “Ok” but far from premium

"Website awful"
Website awful. Tried it on app first but it wouldn’t let me add any more pages after 20! Tried to message Jessops on instant chat but had a reply they didn’t work weekends despite website saying they did. Decided to try and do it on website, spent hours on it and keeps crashing on last 2 pages after spending hours putting together 100 pages, won’t let me add last two pages and won’t add to cart. Keeps giving an error message. Hopeless.

"Item delivered was not what I ordered"
Item delivered was not what I ordered. Dispite multiple emails and Jessops saying they delivered the wrong item, they subsequently ignored my emails and closed the support ticket. I tried contacting them on twitter where they said a velvet photo book is a hardcover, I've never heard of velvet=hard.
Reply to Jessops - as I said I'm in contact with your support for over 5 weeks but nothing was done.

"Horrendous website"
Horrendous website. All I wanted to do was order some pictures. The crop tool doesn't work, you can go in and crop but then can't exit out of the popup! I've tried accessing the account on other devices, and from these, the project doesn't load, just says temporarily unavailable. Even tried creating a new project, but going into my photos, there's no option to say you want to print them! Just download or delete! I've given up and gone with BonusPrint. Its a shame because I've read great things about your photo quality, but you make it impossible to order.

"Photo print disappointment!"
Placed a photo print order for 46 photos all 5''x5'' and received them quite quickly which was great until i opened the pack of photos. All photos bar one were all different sizes which was very disappointing to say the least! the photos were for a photo/scrapbook gift which then couldn't be gifted as no photo's would fit. the photos were for someone who has been really effected by quarantine so a photo album was to try and help them mentally when they feel so isolated! Disappointed is an understatement.

"Order not ready for collection despite email confirmation"
I was told by email that one of my special orders (a hot water bottle) was in the store ready for collection - but when I called in it was not! In fact, it took another 2 days to arrive.
And on my previous order, I was not sent an email advice at all to let me know that my photos were ready for collection. I called in anyway after 5 days and they had been printed on the day of my order, 5 days previously - but no message was sent to let me know!

"Order not recieved - customer service not contactable"
I ordered an aluminium photo plate and have heard nothing other than many advertising emails in the 14 days since the order was confirmed until this "please rate our service" email. I tried to call customer service and the office is closed and the email address doesn't work. I am very unhappy with the service I have received.
