Haven’t received an update regarding my poster being delivered to store for pick up, called the shop and they said they have no record of my order on their system despite money coming out of my account and the order being in my order history on my Jessops Account.

"Fabulous, high quality wall art"

Excellent product and super quality. Both items were delivered well within the promised timescales. Absolutely delighted!
The only negative was the complete lack of communication - I did not receive a confirmatory e-mail at the start, nor any updates on dispatch or anticipated delivery date. I could only keep a rough track on progress by logging on to check the order history. Apart from that glitch, fabulous!!!

"Could easily be no stars!"

Made an online order with Jessops on the 3rd October of a number of digital photo prints on Matte and 1 art print. Went to collect the prints when available on the 8th October from Meadowhall as the cost of postage was £10! Got the photos and print home to find that only 4 of the 70 digital prints I had ordered had been printed on Matte paper and the rest on gloss...and the art print was covered in creases due to the triangular tube it had been put in and rolled properly. I emailed customer services on the 9th October as I did not want to make a trip back to Meadowhall, especially in our country’s current state, and got no response for days, so I then used the online chat (on about the 14th October) and the person that I spoke to was incredible, so helpful and understanding and said she would re order all the prints and get them sent out to me straight away. I can’t praise her enough for what seemed like great customer service and this is the only reason this review gets any stars! A few days later another art print arrived as promised, not brilliant but better than the last one. I don’t think triangular tubes help if things aren’t rolled in them properly. Unfortunately though I still haven’t received my 66 photographs in Matte and it’s now the 27th October! I’ve contacted customers services again via email but yet again no response.

"Really nice print."

Really nice print.

I've had prints from digital shots printed over the years with varying degrees of satisfaction. I have to say, though, that whether it's on a canvas on frame or on fine art paper, Jessops has always done a brilliant job. This one is no exception and is going on the lounge wall.

"Easy to make order on line"

Easy to make order on line, good description and ordering easy to understand. Communication about order via email was excellent and kept me up to date.
I chose to pick up in store- friendly, polite and helpful staff. 5 star service I will be using again.

"Great present"

I purchased an apron with a photograph on as a present for a friend.
It was easy to order and arrived in a couple of days.
I am delighted with the apron and I know my friend will be “over the moon” !!

"Getting fed up every time I try to…"

Getting fed up every time I try to place an order when I receive an email for 50 percent off only for the promotion code not to be valid at checkout. SAVER50 being the most recent. It is also not made clear that if your order is over £50 you won't receive free delivery. Apparently this is not valid for Jessops photo. Also why do the price of products differ depending on whether I place the order on my mobile phone or do it on my tablet. I think the last time I actually got a promotion code to work I had to place it on my laptop. I contacted help but just received a generic email which was of no help. I wish Jessops would sort this out as the quality of photos are very good.

"Lovely photo book, room for improvement"

Able to create a lovely photo book, but receipt for my order didn't arrive. Room for improvement on the website - would be better if you could spellcheck text, and get rid of confusing messages about blank pages when they are filled.
