UPDATE on my initial review
I have still not received the 3rd order and to be frank, I don’t think I will ever receive it, I strongly believe it is lost/missing. Till date, the tracking information on the EVRI website shows status as "We're sorry, your parcel has been delayed. We're working to get it on its way on the next working day and we'll let you know once it's out for delivery".
The above meant that my family didn’t end up doing the matching pyjamas and taking photos for Christmas, which I was really sad about. However, I must say that my anger and frustration lies with EVRI the delivery company rather than PatPat as they did ship out the order on time but when it arrived in the UK, the company they outsourced, failed to fulfil their end of the bargain.
Irrespective of the fact that I didn’t receive my order and it was disappointing, I must say that I am impressed with PatPat customer service. The reason being is because since I posted my initial review on 20/12/2024 they have been communicating with me every day via email up until today - that is really impressive from a customer point of view. The estimated delivery for my 3rd order was between 18/12/2024 - 24/12/2024 and on 25/12/2024, PatPat emailed to say that as there has been delay with the shipment, they will issue me with a full refund for the order + issue me a 50% discount code for my next purchase valid for a year. They also said that if I do eventually receive the parcel, I can keep it as a gesture of goodwill.
I would have preferred to receive my parcel on time but I am pleased with how quickly and frequent the PatPat team communicated with me, and given the circumstances, I am satisfied with their resolution - I have edited my review to 3 stars.
**Initial Review 20/12/2024***
I have received 2 out of my 3 orders for my family christmas pyjamas, which I ordered on 08/12/2024. The first two orders arrived okay and on time (16/12/2024 & 18/12/2024), however the 3rd order has been delayed. The tracking information shows the below and this was last updated on 16/12/2024.
"We're sorry, your parcel has been delayed. We're working to get it on its way on the next working day and we'll let you know once it's out for delivery".
It has been three days now but still nothing and no update. I'm traveling on Monday 23/12/2024 (evening) so I am getting really concerned now as I need that order before I travel. This order is matching pyjamas for my family and it will be heart breaking if the order does not come in time.
This is my order number - 23643745. Please can someone take a look into this for me? Also, I am willing to update my review if I receive my delayed order before 23/12/2024.

My order was returned to your warehouse due to the Canadian postal strike. I requested a refund as they were Christmas presents. I was kept informed of what was happening and had the money refunded in a timely manner. It was much appreciated. Keep up the good work.

I finally recieved my order 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Getting them was super frustrating to me but I must say their customer service was very helpful and accommodating . Pajamas are super cute and I appreciate their help. My grandson will be so happy we all have our matching pjs for Christmas . The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the length of time it took to get them .
