By far the best pillow I've found yet including 3 different styles of Tempurpedic.

"Way too big and stops cooling effect"

First it's wayyy to big for the pillow. Second you completely lose the cooling effect. In fact the pillow is very warm.
Also I do not like the pillow. I have the boxy version and should have the normal version. The store would not let me exchange it😢😢

I purchased the Dri-tec sheet set, Dri-tec 5.0 mattress protector, and the pillow protector. I am absolutely satisfied with all three products, I would definitely continue to purchase from Bedgear. I'm looking into getting the Vertex 6.0 temperature regulating mattress protector, so I'll be writing a review soon on that product once I get it.

Very slow turn around time from order online to shipping. At this rate it was take 3 weeks to get my order. Not sure what the hold up is as I was given an apology but no explanation. The products better be worth the wait.

I couldn't pay with my Indian credit card. The site wouldn't accept a non-USA billing address. Even PayPal payments don't go through successfully. Ridiculous experience

Ordered on June 20th. As of June 27th haven't received a tracking number. I've called customer service over 15 times. Only twice was I actually connected to a human. Every other time the phone just rang. When I did call I was told my pillows had to be shipped from the east coast to the west coast and then shipped to me in chicago. The following call the guy came up with a different story. I will never be buying directly from bed gear again. And will do my very best to make sure no one else does. Starting with telling thto mattress firm to spread the word on bed gears customer service. Absolutely the worst experience with shopping I've ever had. It's like this company is run out of my college roommates basement

"This is my third pillow"

This is my third pillow. I bought the first about three years ago on advice of sales person when I bought a bed at my summer home. I have shoulder problems, this pillow eased my pain. I bought another when I came home. It was probably not worn out but used enough where I replaced it. I will continue to use this product because it works for me!
