My experience with bedgear has excellent, I have no complaints what so ever. I have been sleeping on the bedgear bed sheets for about 1 month and have been amazed on the way they adjust to my body tempature.

I loved my first Bedgear pillow but it no longer is available. I tried the pillow recommended but did not like it so contacted the company for a return only to be ignored. I have emailed and called multiple times but with no response. Save your money and go to a store to pick out a pillow. Bedgear makes great pillows but their customer service is severely lacking!

The exterior of the pillows are aesthetically pleasing and showcase a feeling of quality; great showcase pieces. BUT; so far in the 3 bedgear pillows purchased , various models, they have not been supportive. In essence I've gotten more support from Wally World pillow than those nearly 25 times it's cost. The hunt continues for supportive pillow.

Contacted them on Facebook asking a question about their bed sheets. I did receive a response that someone would get back to me, but never got another response. I've tried to rate a pillow that I purchased on the website and my review never appears.

The website was difficult to navigate when trying to set up an account and make my purchase. Other than that, my pillow arrived quickly and works well

I emailed a few questions to Bedgear and no response
I spent $700.00 on the Bedgear Dri-Tec system and
Bedgear does not have any customer service.
The mattress protector and pillows are very slippery and lumpy and
the dri-tec sheets are always slipping off. I am not sure why The Brick
promoted this product at all.
