They shipped the parts very promptly and sent tracking so we had absolute confidence where and when we would be receiving the parts. The parts were packaged very well and worked as described. All in all, very satisfied with AU Automation.

Excellent Customer Service! One of our manufacturing lines went down due to a large circuit breaker issue. We were being told that this was more than 4 months out.
Heather jumped on it, found it, and had it to us within a week. The availability of parts that we need is amazing, usually have them in house in less than a week. This has now become one of our main "go to" vendors. Thank you Heather for all of your support!

"Poor service and unacceptable product"

Due to equipment breakdown we urgently ordered parts from EU Automation. The product was stated as New Condition and we paid over the top for urgent courier services, the parts arrived a day later than promised and when received were found to be used not New. Totally unacceptable.
Update: Having spoken to Senior Management at EU Automation they have worked hard to resolve this and I am happy with the outcome. I have upgraded the rating but still have only provided a 3 as this should not have happened.
