This time has been a nightmare, made order online, 14k rose gold wedding ring set. got email later asking yellow or rose? answered rose. confirmed on Oct 22nd then nothing, no tracking # emailed cust service said sending on thursday Oct. 30, it's nov 1 no tracking #. clicked on help on webpage, got a thank you for your email to royi markowitz's widget? is someone else running DOW? I will keep checking for a couple more days until I get the ring or an answer. I STILL HAVE TO ORDER THE CENTER STONE! now i'm scared....what happened DOW?
