"Didn't deliver on its promise"
I ordered 2 cases of mixed wines. On the email it said that each case would contain 2 bottles of Temprenillo red wine. We particularly like this wine and that was the main reason we placed this order. When it came we were beyond devastated to discover not 4, not 3, not even 2, and shock horror not even 1 bottle. Yes there were a big fat 0 bottles of our favourite wine. It did include a Temprenillo rose though which helped console me, but alas not my husband. I must add that we did get some other wines we like but still.........we have been singing "show me the way to Temprenillo" since!

"What a good experience"
I needed a specific wine by the Michel lynch vineyard and found it at Wineonline. It was not a cheap wine but worth every penny. Despite problems with the carrier- 2 bottles were broken- but the whole shipment was replaced without question and the damaged delivery collected and returned. Shipment from Dublin to England was a little dear but overall I have no complaints at all.

I have nothing but praise for WineOnline, both the service and the staff are brilliant.
I love the flexibility of the Wine Explorer's club and also the other great offers and choices available. I enjoy the mystery element of drinking wine I'm not familiar with but knowing the quality is all I could wish for and more.

"Excellent Customer Service"
I rang Customer Services for some extra guidance and they were incredibly helpful. I had missed the next day delivery due to the timing of my order, but he kindly pushed this through for me without me asking for it. The driver also called ahead to let us know what time to expect delivery so we were not waiting in the house the whole day. If only all other companies could do the same, it would make ordering online the stress free process you expect it to be.

"Online order"
It is now several times I order wine on their website, and I will do it again. If they ever run out of some bottles, they notify it very quickly and propose an alternative with some advices on top. A little update on the website would help knowing what is in Stock from what is not, but considering they get back to you so quick and with advices it is all good. Happy to recommend their services.
