This was one of the most transformative, intense, and beautiful experiences of my life. The training is of the highest quality, and Alexis and Jordan are incredible teachers. I participated in the InnerCamp breathwork program in Barcelona, and it was truly inspiring and rewarding. Alexis and Jordan taught many different breathwork techniques, shared knowledge, and experiences, all with a lot of compassion, empathy, love, and connection. We practiced a lot over 5 days, and I felt really good with myself and the group. I also met really lovely and passionate people there. I want to thank the InnerCamp team for providing such a great service and experience.

What an incredible experience, it's hard to put into words. Alexis and Jordan are the most humble and down to earth people, they made me feel safe, seen and valid throughout the training. I knew took such a leap as I knew nothing about breathwork apart from the workshop I attended but I've left the training feeling so supportive. It's very clear to see that Alexis wants you to succeed with his whole heart. They have poured so much engery into this and it's really paid off.
