I purchased a resuce sling for hydrotherapy pool. The website and ordering process was swift and I received two confirmation e-mails, one stating that my order had been despatched the same day.

The following Friday - 5 days later I e-mailed as I hadn't had a delivery or any information about a possible delivery date. I didn't hear anything back. a week later the order arrived. I am not quibbling the deliver length as such, more the lack of response to e-mails or clarity about when it would be delivered.
