I needed a replacement motor for a hood that one of our employees wired in wrong voltage...me. I called there number from a sticker on the fan and spoke to a great customer service rep Debbie. She easily got things together from info I gave. A quote was sent then one easy call to order. Debbie was great. Old school customer service. Shipped it right out and price was right. Thanks

"Bad experience"
When hood arrived, there was some minor damage to the intake fan that my contractor had to fix. Once installed, the exhaust fan was built to rub, and then because of the rubbing, the motor burned up within 1 hour of the fan being installed, and still have not heard about a warranty claim, but I had to pay the electritian a thousand dollars to find and install a new fan otherwise miss my inspection dates and delay my opening of my restaurant. I would not recommend.

Roger Freeman, worked with me through what became a long 7-month ordeal. Roger was knowledgeable and friendly and gave nothing but excellent customer services. (Although, I originally showed up at his office thinking it was a showroom) After, several different quotes, many emails, and a few phone calls (he even communicated with my architect and contractors) I was finally able to order my ventless hood. I am one step closer to opening day; big thanks to Roger for being there for me during this process! Thanks Roger, I appreciate you!!!
