"Purchasing New Hood"

We needed to order a new hood with zero clearance. Unfortunately this was not something that we had planned for nor wanted to do, however it was necessary. We started to work with Deb Berki and she was extremely helpful and very responsive. Deb went above and beyond. Deb was extremely patient with us as we had gone back-and-forth over several days having to make this decision and she was right there with us checking in and ensuring that we were getting whatever it was we needed with our hood purchase and Fire Suppression system. We really appreciated all of her support and knowledge and making our experience a good one.
