Mike was really great in helping me to troubleshoot the system. We did step by step and when it was determined that it wasn't going to work, he shipped out new parts for it. Upon receiving those, we did more troubleshooting, about every step we could do. Then he overnighted new parts out and we got them installed and determined it was all good to go.
