This is my second time to purchase from Gary in kitchen world Waterford having bought a kitchen in June it was my first choice when i needed to upgrade another property. I feel Gary has the experince to design somthing for everyone as both of my kitchens were challenging but Gary had a soulution within minutes of sitting down. Would highly recommend

We recently decided to get our kitchen renovated, but weren't quite sure what we wanted design-wise. We came to Kitchen World in Waterford to get some ideas and some advice where to get started.

John Grace was our consultant and we were honestly blown away by his innovation, knowledge and creativity. After a brief conversation with him he had multiple plans drawn up of our kitchen with an assortment of different ideas and designs. It was an excellent customer experience for someone that isn't sure exactly "what" they want, but they know that they want a new kitchen.

Any questions we had, he was super informative and helpful and ensured we understood every step of the way (Fitting, external services required such as plumber/tilers etc)

Thank you John, our kitchen is fantastic and we couldn't be happier! Based on the excellent customer service and overall finished product, I would definitely recommend Kitchen World to anyone who is thinking of renovating their kitchen!

We had a design consultation a few months ago with John Grace in the Waterford store. We were so impressed that John had drawn out three designs before our first meeting. He came prepared! We really wanted to include a breakfast bar but didn't think the space would allow for it. John managed to fit one in in an innovative way. He was really knowledgeable about the various kitchens and materials and also got us a really good deal! The price was much cheaper than other consultations we had in different companies, for a kitchen we were much happier with. He was very patient and encouraged us to make changes along the way, ensuring we were happy with the final product. We never felt guilty for making changes. John was also very quick at replying to queries we had. A genuinely lovely guy too! We were also really impressed with Aidan who fitted the kitchen. I couldn't believe how much of the kitchen he had fitted in a few hours. He is a perfectionist. 10/10 for price and quality! Thanks John and Aidan!

"Highly Recommend the Waterford Branch."

We decided to renovate our home this year. The kitchen being the most important and used room in the house, we wanted it perfect.
We went to Kitchen World in Waterford and I fell in love with a kitchen down there. We spoke with Gary Reidy about the type of design we wanted. It was quit awkward because, although the kitchen is big, it is more long than wide so could not have an island etc but we needed more presses, and utilise the space as much as possible. Gary asked us to come back the following day and he will try have a design ready for us.
Gary was unbelievable. He listened to absolutely every detail we said and we didn't have to change a single thing he designed. It was everything we wanted and more. Gary came to our home then to take measurements of the Kitchen and the utility room. We needed it done ASAP as my partner got excited about doing up the house and took out our old kitchen prematurely!!!
Gary went above and beyond and got everything in place for us. The two men that came to fit it were extremely professional, punctual, clean in their work and precise.
We could not ask for better. I would HIGHLY recommend Kitchen World. Professional, friendly, approachable, understanding and hard working. Thank you for your help Gary.

Recently we designed and renovated our entire house after moving.
After spending many hours and days and weeks stalking instagram for ideas - we went to kitchen world looking for
1. A mudroom (or cloakroom)
2. A walk in wardrobe
3. A utility room
4. Our kitchen

We wanted things that weren’t exactly off the shelf - but we had our minds and hearts set on them and with that - John from the Waterford branch worked his magic to give us everything we asked for.
We had priced a number of kitchen vendors and kitchen world came out on top.
The team that installed the rooms for us were meticulous - so friendly and very skilled. Amy follow up issues we had were dealt with no problem.
Would I go back for more?? 100%
I love my rooms now. Couldn’t be happier and cannot thank kitchen world enough.

"Excellent experience with Kitchen World, Bray"

I'm absolutely delighted with our kitchen, supplied by Kitchen World in Bray. Lorna is a consummate professional, very experienced, full of design ideas, reassuring and very pleasant. She promised a hassle free installation experience. This involved several companies, Premier Electrical and Property Services, who managed the project, including organising the plumbing, plastering and electrical work over multiple visits, Signature Space, who supplied and fitted the stone countertop and the Kitchen World installer, Jamie.
Quite honestly, I anticipated large delays and all sorts of hitches as there were a lot of moving parts to this project. Each phase required the previous one to be complete before the next could commence. However, I have to say the whole project went extremely well. The organisation was extremely slick, everyone turned up on time and were a pleasure to deal with. Jamie, the carpenter and installer, did a fantastic job and called back a couple of times to fix minor niggles. Nothing was too much trouble.
I would recommend Kitchen World unreservedly. Thanks to you all!
