High quality products. High quality customer service. You call, a live knowledgeable person answers and will help u solve ur problem. This is not bs, I have used their products for several years and had a problem or two…..called and got a suggestion that was a fix. We have a house full of back lite bookcases and etc.

The representative who answered my call was very helpful in fulfilling my needs. I was not sure what I needed. The rep was able to pull up my previous order from 7 years ago and fill the order with the correct items. In less than 5 mins I was done!

This is the 2nd time I've purchased LED strip lights from Solid Apollo. Product are great. This last order I selected an under powered power supply. They reached out to me and helped me get the correct one.

I needed an additional transformer, so I ordered it and paid the additional fee to receive in two days. But due to the holidays, that could not be done so Solid Apollo contacted me and sent it normal delivery since I would be out of town and refunded the expedited delivery fee.

(I had only order 1 90w transformer and 2 roll of 75w dotless leds.)

I have purchased a couple of RGB Pixel Dot strips along with associated power supply and controller for a home lighting project. Since this was a DIY project and I required some technical support, I contacted Solid Apollo's support department via email a few times and always received a prompt response with information that was useful to me. I have been using the equipment for a few years now and recently relocated it at which point I needed some tech support - once again, they helped me.
