"Not satisfied with their maintenance service and Stay away please!!!!!"
I moved in this apartment one month ago, and I reported a serious issues in freezer on 10th Oct, and asked them to fix it. Until now, one month has passed, the freezer issue has not been solved which prevented me from using the freezer and they have not taken the initiative to tell me the latest progress as well ! During this month, they said they needed to contact the contractor, I think it’s ok and when I asked again later, they asked if I could help them find the right freezer drawer, they would discuss with the landlord. Fortunately, I found the website where they can buy new freezer drawer, but they said they needed to keep in touch with the contractor. This is too ridiculous!!!!In short, they just need to buy a new freezer drawer on the website I provided, and then the issue can be solved, but they know the solution and do nothing about it! I even suspect that they deliberately don't want to solve the problem because it costs them money.
I have absolutely no idea what to do next, but I would like to tell everyone that their maintenance service is too terrible and if you become their tenant, any problems you encounter in the future will not be solved in a short time! You can only wait or solve it by yourself!

After the landlord's acceptance of my application, it comes to the stages of Paying Holding Deposit, Referencing, etc. FleetMilne works with Settio, and I could fill in data, and submit documents on the net platform. The step by step instructions are clear. But there are still occations that I'm not certain about the requirements. I guess that the practice and procedure here are very different from that of my hometown.
Luckily, Corey and his team of FleetMilne, work coherently with Matt from Settio, and Nikita. They provide me with support and explanation. I don't feel alone.
