I've always experienced a great service whether it's just friendly advice, response to queries, updates on any delays with orders and stock availability, the discreet packaging and the delivery service provided is good too.

At the time of writing this, I am extremely disappointed that all my efforts to contact them have not resulted in a response. I have ordered 2 wigs from them and apart from having the initial confirmation email- I haven't had a response. There is no contact phone number- just a whattsapp facility- which has not yet been read. I ordered over three weeks ago.

I bought belle tress mono top in the clearance which arrived quickly it went dry on the ends but I got good communication of kristina on how to care for a topper and will be ordering the items advised to keep the topper in good condition as at first I thought it was the topper that was bad but think it was my lack.of knowledge on how to care for a hair topper.
