My personal injury claim was managed by Lee Hart. He has been so professional and thorough in dealing with my claim and yet very personable and friendly, always open and willing to listen and talk things over in a calm and constructive manner. I feel very lucky to have found Lee to help me through this.

Keep threatening CCJ after a family court case where children were sexually abused.

Have been paying monthly instalments.

Yet when I respond to CCJ threatening letters they don't engage to agree payment arrangement. So I am confused what they want if a previous client is already paying money off.

I had an excellent experience using Isobelle from Clarke Willmott to settle a commercial dispute. I was given clear commercial advice and the whole matter was executed professionally within the agreed budget and to a very tight timescale. A reasonable fee was charged which no one ever wants to pay but the rate was fair and Isobelle over delivered and did not try and charge any extra. Communication skills poor but that's a product of a modern age. Someone needs to teach their junior staff how to be more transparent with customers and NOT assume that the customer knows what they think they know!

Received quick responses to my telephone calls and emails. Very sympathetic and understanding in times of personal difficulty. Always honest and open.
