Above and beyond customer service. I had foolishly left some glasses at a property last October, and while they were retrieved and taken to the St Davids office lockdown meant that nobody set foot in there for months.Today a parcel arrived containing my perfectly intact glasses together with a couple of bonio for my dog. He knows there is always a dish on the steps outside and has found closure difficult!

Unfavourable 4 year-old reviews are (we hope!) not relevant. The website did not make clear how much renovation has taken place or when.
The website promises Covid insurance but doesn’t actually offer it.

So far, so good. Quality Cottages made it easy to find what I was looking for and the booking procedure was simple. I had understood that I would be able to purchase insurance against a need to cancel my stay if caused by COVID travel restrictions, but this was not offered at the time I was required to make payment. This was regrettable, but not a major problem.

I will write a complete review when my vacation is complete since there is little more that I can say at this stage.

Snoozy Bear Cabin is in a private location overlooking a valley. There is one rental cottage nearby. The cabin itself is clean and tastefully decorated with all essential facilities. The owner is helpful, local amenities are reasonably close-by and the spot is excellent for exploring this part of Pembrokeshire by foot.
