Someone contacted me the night I put the initial review. Explained the situation and had my voucher delivered to my account the next day. I will now give 4 stars. The only reason I can't give 5 is due to lack of communications explaining delays.
order on 22/12/24. The email claims my order would be dispatched using royal mail/evri24 but still not received anything. Not had the £20 amazon voucher either which was meant to be emailed to me within 1 business day.
Tried to contact company but it won't let me submit a message on their contact us page

Received my £20 amazon voucher and my first order relatively fast just before the Christmas rush. I like this company and their mission statement, not to mention their pricing is extremely competitive especially when you take the amazing promotions into consideration.
People lowering their rating on trustpilot because they don't have the patience and understanding to realise that the Christmas period is extremely difficult for any company that posts stuff is extremely unfair.
Keep up the good work guys.

Updated: it was a great response from them. I think in future communication is key, it’s a shame like many other customers a review has sparked a response rather than their customer service channels.
The website needs tracking for orders asap and completely understand the Christmas period but a banner on the website or an email to set expectations would have prevented these issues, leaving customers in the dark didn’t help.
Overall received an apology gift card which was appreciated, the £30 survey credit received along with orders - I still don’t know when pending orders will be received because there’s nothing there to track but I know it will come and the site is legit.
Hopefully just an early learning curve and it can be a great smoke free website 😀

Not sure if this company is legit. I placed my first order on 22-Dec and the order instantly updated to dispatched when logged into account. But I never recieved any email correspondence to confirm the order, nor did I recieve the Amazon voucher. Today I've tried contacting multiple times, but had no response via the submitted form or the live chat. Even though its been saying all day typically responds within a few minutes.

After seeing the review they got in touch with me and they rectified the situation. They've noted in their response they are going to change things and they sent me an amzon voucher by way of apology.
Probably the speediest communication i've ever had with them too! So now it goes to 5 stars.
Once I see that they have corrected the issues with the survey emails, etcetera.I will remove the previous part of the review.
They get 3 stars because even though they are an amazing company with great prices and great offers.They can't get their basic emailing system into check
Recently , the offered me a survey for a certain amount of credit on my account is i completed ti which i did and then i got the credit and everything was great made an order and then i received another invitation to another survey for another amount of credit. Which i filled in and sent off and then didn't receive the credit.
After waiting the correct amount of times to see that it had gone on my account or not I contacted them and they said the surveys are sent out automatically and the credit offer is just for once. Once you do a survey you dont get anything if you do it again.
That in itself is not a problem.What I have a problem with is that nowhere on these surveys does it give you that information and they just expect you to magically know.
This very much is false advertising and basic inability to do their job correctly.
Coupled with the fact they also emailed me telling me I'd be getting an amazon voucher too. Which confused me, because I am aware there is a new member offer but after they sent an email stating I would get the same I assumed there was some other offer on.
All in all the site is great.The products are great.The free shipping is amazing.The customer service is a bit lacking and the email system is absolutely crap.
I think on this occasion.They should have honoured the credit on the account.And made the changes to the emails moving forward.So there is no more confusion.But what they decided to do was just stop answering emails.
So use it if you want a bargain vape or are trying to quit smoking but don't expect anything you get told in an email to be truth all the time. Because their inability to send out emails with clear concise information means it probably won't be.
