I object to being pressured into writing a review in order to improve my "customer experience".

The review is in fact entirely to benefit Now Travel Insurance by giving potential customer a good impression.

So, since you were dishonest about it have a bad review.

I am very pleased with their service. I had some issues with the transaction and send an inquiry email to the general customer support service. One assistant got in touch within 24 hours and the following emails have been handled by the same person. Very impressed by how Now Travel Insurance handles customer inquiries so far.
