I made a claim last week after an accident on holiday and I’ve had no contact what so ever, I sent up a following email and still nothing. I added all my documents and photos of my injury. I brought this insurance with the belief that if a claim was made they would be able to help. Please get in contact with me ASAP before I take things further. I did not buy travel insurance to then not be insured. Update 21.07.22: They replied below but I still have not heard anything.
Update 21.07.22: I have sent you all of my details via email and on the online portal last week. I have proof of email, policy and proof of you receiving my details from an email thanking me for submitting my claim online. I filled out the Accident Questionnaire and included this online and in my email. My claim number is CIC/259021. I have emailed info@csal 3 times. I have provided further information and expect to hear from you soon.
Update: 22/07/22 No contact since providing further details. Will wait until early next week and if I haven’t heard anything I will be going to their insurance ombudsman.
Update: 25.07.22 still no response after replying below saying they will be in contact shortly
