Pleasure to do business with, I wasn’t sure about a couple of things on how and what to order. I called the office & spoke to David and he was really patient & helpful on a couple of occasions. The one key combo to fit both locks is a must, great idea.

I have had a Pragmasis Protector Chain and Squire padlock combo for 12 years which both continue to do their jobs well. They have beaten at least one theft attempt and probably deterred others. I recently needed to prove my ownership of the chain and its security status to validate new insurance cover. Pragmasis were able to provide me with a record of my purchase from 2011 and confirmation that the product still meets the required sold secure standard.
A great product and great customer support. Highly recommended.
