May not be the fanciest of websites but it is neat, clean and easy to navigate. All the relevant information is simple to find. I ordered the shed shackle and 13mm chain. I made a typo on my email address and they called me within hours to sort the issue out and I had my products the next day. When they arrived everything just shone with well made quality. Very pleased.

"Ground anchor fitting kit"

I bought a ground anchor some years ago called a Double Doofer knowing I was going to move house and this unit can be taken back up. Unfortunately the anchor bolts are not reusable and you need new ones. Rather than try find the right ones via Screwfix or other DIY store I contacted Security For Bikes. A complete refitting kit, anchor bolts, Allen key, 16mm drill and length of pipe to hoover the drilled holes free of concrete dust was ordered and arrived two days later all for just £12.00. A follow up email checked everything was ok which it was, the anchor is a doddle to fit. Altogether very happy with the product, price and service.

I found securityforbikes.com when looking to buy a pragmasis chain and a suitable padlock to secure my bike. I have bought 13mm and a 16mm chains from them and two squire padlocks. Although these products are expensive, they are among the most secure bicycle products out there. A thief with a battery operated angle grinder will be able to cut these (or anything else), but it won't be easy and it will take a considerable time. I was quite surprised by the weight and heft of these products as they beyond anything a typical bicycle shop sells.

Purchasing these products has been a pleasure. Where possible, they deliver from stock the day after ordering. They are able to sell padlocks that are keyed to an existing lock, so that you only need one key to open multiple locks. That is very convenient, but obviously takes some time. Nevertheless, when I ordered a lock keyed to an existing lock, I was given a clear date for delivery and my lock arrived within that time.
