Even though ordered on 13th December, the parcel didn’t arrive until 27th December and it was for Christmas. Even though it was cheaper I wouldn’t have ordered from them if there was any risk of it not turning up in time. After realising it was at risk of not coming before Christmas I only had 1 response on e mail. I sent an e mail that wasn’t responded to and also sent a message on their website that wasn’t responded to, so communication was poor. By the time I realised I wouldn’t get before Christmas it was too late to cancel and order elsewhere to get here in time
