Placed an order, confirmation received after five days an email come. Oh we no longer have it in stock and please take a 10% discount for your next order. The stores the same always preoccupied with themselves and look at how good i look working here. No orders will wver be placed

I ordered grey Nike zoom lebron nxxt (based on the pictures in the webshop and in the orde details), but received a pair that was black. I’ve sent a mail to their support and instantly received a mail back with apologies, that they would investigate what went wrong. Afterwards they would send me a link to return the shoes and they would send me the correct color back.

I didn’t receive any communication after the initial mail even when I send a reminder I didn’t got any reply.

Bad customer service and their product database contains errors (wrong pictures linked)

Bestellung am 15.12. aufgegeben. Storno wegen UnVerfügbarkeit am 22.12. bekommen. Natürlich war die Bestellung ein Geschenk für meinen Sohn.
Das hätte eher auffallen können!!!
