I ordered two items but put the wrong part number on one of them so when I received the order and realized my mistake I phoned them straight away. The person I spoke to was very helpful and said they would put the correct item in the post that day. I received the correct item the very next day followed by an e-mail with a link to return the incorrect item; what a great customer service.
