"Communication is lacking "
We ordered the wrong item on the 30th December, I realised the error straight away but despite contacting them immediately the item was despatched. I return the item on the 29th January 2025, Royal Mail have confirmed delivery on the 31st January 2025. I sent an e mail on the 13th February enquiring about my refund and to date I’ve heard nothing, I’ve just sent another e mail. Come on Shower Doctor reading the other reviews you are good to deal with ….. what’s gone wrong with my refund ……

"Terrible"
My order was to be delivered to by UPS to a collection locker. I got a message from UPS to say it's ready for collection. When I opened the locker it was empty. I contacted The shower doctor, they are saying I have to contact UPS. UPS are saying I have to contact the sender.Your saying I cannot cancel or get a refund as its been dispatched. No one wants to help.
4 days later still no help, I'm being told I can't have a refund until the item has been returned. Ups have lost the package, so how can it be returned.

The ordering service was very swift & efficient. Delivery was as advised. Unfortunately the part was <1mm too big on the cogs and didn’t fit the housing. Hence returning for a refund.
