Genuine parts supplied at reasonable cost. It took nearly two months to arrive due to a delay from the original manufacturers. Happy to wait since the part was not available separately from the original manufacturer. Parts were well packaged and in perfect condition. Would use Shower Doctor again, just be aware the timeframe very much depends on the manufacturer.

They supplied me with a thermostatic shower valve .. which on installing didn't function correctly. I contacted them thinking I was in for some story where I'd have to return it.. then get a new one.. but they immediately sent out a replacement.
