"customer service SUCKS"
after almost two weeks of contacting fizber.com customer service, i've yet to receive a response. they are unable or unwilling to delete or correct property listings that have copy i didn't write and price that is several months old. on one call customer service actually hung up on me!
legal action against this company is now pending. they have negatively impacted my ability to sell my property by publishing incorrect & outdated info.
