"Great Homeowner Resource"
Fizber was an excellent option for me to try and sell my home myself. It was extremely easy to set up and upload photos of the home. It quickly led me through the entire process. My personally assigned agent stayed in constant contact with me. I work strongly recommend using Fizber if you are trying to sell your home by yourself. Could not be easier.

"Great customer service!!!"
I always was able to get someone on phone. It was free. Very helpful advice. My house sold in 6 weeks with no realtor in my end. I saved $12k. Make sure you add lighting and stage your pictures.

"Great concept, but implementation isn't the best."
Fizber is a great concept. Post your listing in one place, and it shows up on many sites. I wish it had a bit more control over the listings though. I found that while I could get the listing on fizber to look pretty good, the order of photos, information formatting, and other options did not translate very well to zillow and trulia. And once fizber posts a profile on those sites, you cannot edit them. Next time, I don't think I'd use fizber to create those profiles, and would instead, create them manually on each site, just to get better control over how they're formatted.

"Highly recommend for any FSBO"
I found the site easy to navigate and gave me another avenue to market my property... for free. In about 10 minutes, my FSBO property pictures were up and viewable.

"Great For Sale By Owner Website!"
I looked around at several for sale by owner websites and thought I would give Fizber a try. I listed on Fizber and they put my property on several real estate websites. It was very simple and Fizber customer service was great to work with. Within a few weeks we had several interested buyers and received a great offer. Both parties are going to save a bunch of money!! I recommend Fizber to anyone trying to sell their home without an agent!

"Disaster"
There is no way of removing your property information from all the websites this company uses to advertise.

"Very Unprofessional"
Highly disappointed with this service. I got a call to list my property on MLS, I agreed. I thought I'd be able to review the listing prior to it being listed on Fizber (never heard of that) and not MLS. The listing is wrong and I immediately text back to delete it - no answer. I finally get my email/login and I can disable the listing but not delete it. False advertising, no follow through and very unprofessional! I can't be bothered to look through the site but it seems to be a lot of "add-on" services that were NEVER communicated in the initial call. Legally they have absolutely no right to list my property (and incorrectly) on any sites - I did not sign anything. I want my information removed immediately!

"A + FSBO Website!"
This is the best FSBO website the listing gets sent to many of the same websites that realtors use.

"Way to GO FSBO"
In November of 2014, decided to sell my home by owner.
Started to look online for any help when ran across Fizber.com. Sign up was simple, having already making a home BIO for flyers.
Within a couple of weeks there was plenty of traffic with email and phone calls. By April home was sold with a pre qualified buyer, closing the in early May.
Savings was enjoyed by both the seller and buyer, saving thousands of dollars each by taking care of the paperwork and leg work ourselves.
If were to sell a home again, would definitely look at using Fizber and FSBO again!

"Unbelievable..."
I have my house on Zillow.com as a For Sale By Owner. Fizber called me today and the connection was bad. I asked her to spell the name of the company she was from because I couldn't understand her. She was very huffy about having to do this. She asked me if they could list my home for free, so I proceeded to ask her questions about their service.
While I was talking to her, I was googling Fizber and came across these reviews on TrustPilot. One of them mentioned that they changed the listing price and that other details were wrong. It also mentioned that when they contacted Fizber about it, they took no responsibility and refused to change it.
So, I told her that I needed to research it a bit before I decided to do it. She rudely said, "Well! It seems like you are talking yourself out of it!" I told her, "No, I'm not talking myself out of it - I am researching your company online and seeing conflicting reviews!". She said "UH-HUH... Well, fine... good luck with that!" and then she hung up on me!
Wow! If that is how Fizber does business, I'm glad I didn't put my house on their site. VERY unprofessional. I wonder if the owners of the company know how rude the salesmen are?
