"Very poor customer service"

I ordered a toner shoe from them size 8. The shoe size is too smaller than the other brand 8 shoes, it’s not fitting for me. I request them send a return label to return the item. They are not responding at all. I spend £52.99 on the shoe. Very poor customer care service

"Worst customer problem resolving"

I’ve had a very bad experience with this *BadmintonHQ* online store. I ordered two pairs of Yonex shoes. I received only one, and I was waiting to receive my other one in another delivery. But when I track my delivery, it said the parcel is delivered. So I contacted them to report the issue, but these people are not responding at all. For a formality they send me a e-mail back. Don’t buy from expensive things from these people, they will cheat you.

Excellent customer service!I needed a pair of shoes which were out of stock in my size. I received a call back from Stuart who was able to order my size in. Once they had arrived I was notified that I could order them. I had a few more queries re a few other products and Stuart was very helpful and friendly, answering all my questions. Delivery was super fast and there was even a nice thank you note in the order too. Will 100% be ordering badminton gear from here in the future. Thanks again!

The website is clear and easy to understand. They have little ratings for the rackets to make it easier to know what to choose. My stuff was delivered after only 2 days, on a Saturday, and was free because I spent over £50.
They gave me 3 free feather shuttlecocks too, which is a really classy move. Really rate this website. WIll definitely buy from here again when I need new things.

Ordered wrong speed shuttles. Been trying to get hold of customer service for last two days. Did manage to chat with someone on first day who promised to approve the return request next day. 2 days on heard back nothing. Online customer service seems to be ignoring my messages.

"For Christmas I bought a Yonex Astrox…"

For Christmas I bought a Yonex Astrox 88D and the strings broke the first time I used it. The strings were in my opinion too tight which caused it to snap. I'm so sorry that I took so long to respond. I'm asking for a string replacement for this. And this is their response:
I'm sorry to see your strings have broken, however we are unable to accept a string warranty claim over 3 months after purchase date.
Thank you for your understanding Badmington HQ. I was sick during that time. Please be advice before you buy from them!!! I left one star because I cannot put 0.
This was an expensive Christmas present that I cannot open before Christmas, i asked for a replacement but they told sorry the guarantee expire. Present Guarantee for Christmas should start in Christmas. I recommend don't buy from them !!!
