"Beware: Difficult Return Policy and Poor Product Quality from This Retailer"

I've spent nearly £400 with this retailer in recent months, purchasing quite a few items. My most recent purchase was a pair of shoes worth £100, and I regret to say they were extremely uncomfortable. Even though I bought my usual size, these shoes didn't fit right, suggesting a different retailer than the one I typically use.

While this retailer has a reputation for quick delivery, they seem determined to find a million reasons to avoid issuing a refund once the goods have been delivered. After many years, I gave in and bought these shoes, which were so uncomfortable that I ended up with an ankle injury. Some might suggest donating them to charity, but it's hard to let go of £100 shoes. I'm also not interested in selling them on eBay.

I tried the shoes on once at home on a wooden floor and decided to return them. However, they refused to accept the return because the box was damaged and the tag was removed. I offered to reattach the tag and replace the box, even willing to lose 20-30% of the shoe's value. Despite this, the retailer straightaway refused my request.

It's up to you if you want to take the risk of ordering from this retailer or try someone else. My experience has certainly been disappointing, and I would advise caution if you decide to shop here.

The employee's there are massively helpful always have decent stock and good knowledge, click and collect is always fast and happy to help in anyway they can when you pop in, stringing service is fast and priced reasonably!

First time using the website, ordered 2 rackets on a Monday afternoon with delivery promised for Thursday, no communication on the order whatsoever for next 3 days, was never able to reach them on phone either, as the 023 number on website is never answered, was meant to get a dispatch email by Wednesday, yet to see anything on the order. Looks like a virtual office operating from outside UK, will never use again.

Dissatisfying delivery process but ultimately the racket came in the time it stated it would and the racket is what is as marketed.
Because they use a delivery firm, they are not able to share delivery instructions with them, so it is up to the customer to tell the delivery firm. There is no area on the website/portal to help with this.
